This website is run by PropertyCo Services Pty Ltd, part of PropertyCo. We handle your personal information under PropertyCo’s privacy policy, which follows the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. The notes below explain how that policy applies to this site.

What we collect

When you use a form on this website we collect the details you enter, such as your name, mobile, email, years in real estate, approximate annual GCI, the suburbs you sell in and any message. If you request a calculator breakdown, we also receive the figures you entered.

Why we collect it

We use your details to contact you about joining PropertyCo, to prepare your written breakdown and to answer your questions. We don’t sell your personal information.

Confidentiality

Enquiries from agents are treated as confidential. We don’t contact your current agency or principal.

Analytics and cookies

We use analytics tools, which may include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

Storage and security

Form submissions are stored securely by our website host and sent to our team by email, with access limited to the people who need it. Our full privacy policy explains how PropertyCo stores, protects and disposes of personal information.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing info@propertyco.com.au. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
